Through our intake form and the course of providing services, we may collect:

• English proficiency scores (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, etc.)
• Family and financial information relevant to financial planning and visa preparation (e.g., sponsor information, general financial parameters)
• Visa-risk factors relevant to F-1 visa preparation (e.g., employment background, prior visa history)
• Application materials and drafts (essays, activity lists) shared with us for review

Our services may be provided to students who are under the age of 18. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian may provide information to us on the student's behalf or may authorize the student to provide information directly in connection with our educational advising services.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, such as academic records, application materials, contact information, and other information relevant to the student's educational goals.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information provided about a minor student, subject to our legal and contractual obligations.

We use the information you provide solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for — such as preparing evaluations, identifying suitable universities, reviewing application materials, and preparing students for visa and admissions interviews. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide these services.

AAP International does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

Your information is kept strictly internal to AAP International and is not shared with subcontractors, partner agencies, universities, or any other third party, except where required by law. AAP International does not submit any documents or materials to universities on a client's behalf; all submissions are made directly by the student or the student's parent/guardian.

We retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide our services. Upon your graduation from your university program, your personal information will be deleted from our active records. You may also request deletion of your information at any time prior to that by contacting us in writing, except where we are required to retain certain records by law or for legitimate business record-keeping (e.g., financial/payment records).
